Insomnia Coffee Company is an Irish chain of coffee shops with its head office in Dublin. The first outlet opened in the back of a Galway bookshop in August 1997. The company now runs more than 150 cafés in Ireland along with over 400 self service units. Its menu covers hot and cold drinks, coffee, sandwiches, salads, soups, snacks, cakes and pastries. John Clohisey is chairman and Harry O Kelly is chief executive.
