Mitre 10 is an Australian chain of hardware and home improvement stores, made up largely of independently owned shops that trade under a common banner and buy through a shared group. The stores stock timber, hardware, tools, paint, plumbing and electrical supplies, kitchen and bathroom fittings, housewares and garden products, and offer services such as tool sharpening, pool water testing and do-it-yourself workshops. The business has been owned by the wholesaler Metcash since 2012.
