O'Briens Irish Sandwich Cafe, usually shortened to O'Briens, is an Irish chain of sandwich cafes founded in 1988 by Brody Sweeney. The outlets are run as franchises and serve sandwiches made to order, along with wraps, salads, soups and coffee, from full cafes as well as from smaller kiosks. Since 2009 the chain has been operated by the AIL Group, the Irish company that also owns the fast food brand Abrakebabra.
