About The Mall

The Mall Fund owns and operates shopping centres in England under the trading name The Mall Company, and the centres themselves are usually branded and marketed as The Mall. The fund was formed in March 2002 by Capital and Regional and Aviva Investors, and it is managed by a team of 62 from Capital and Regional's Mall Corporation. It now has 45 investors, three of them from outside the United Kingdom. Before some sites were sold off it held up to 10 percent of the covered retail space in the country.
