Uno-X is a chain of unmanned petrol stations in Norway and Denmark, run as the low cost arm of YX Energi and owned by the Reitan group. The name goes back to a Danish low price chain of the late 1950s. Norsk Hydro bought the 330 Danish outlets in 1991 and the Swedish chain five years later, and after the Danish and Norwegian business merged with Texaco the stations were rebuilt as wholly unmanned sites with a yellow, black and red logo. There are now around 110 stations in Norway and 200 in Denmark.
