About YHA Australia

YHA Australia is a not for profit membership association that provides budget accommodation, travel and related services in Australia. It is set up as a corporation whose members' liability is limited by guarantee, so any surplus goes back into the network rather than to shareholders. It runs youth hostels in the major cities and in country and coastal areas, with dormitories as well as private rooms. It is the Australian member of Hostelling International, whose membership is recognised worldwide.
